People wonder every day, How can I stay positive? And my question is: How is it possible that you cannot stay positive? And the problem is that we have a very short perspective of what is really important and what is really happening.
There is a fact: We have eyes and we can see, but the reality we can see is actually far less than the real reality. We cannot see what is really happening, we see according to what we believe.
The problem is that we live in an upside down world, and we have put in first places in our list of happiness what should be in the last positions, and our wrong idea of a happy and joyful life is what have created all the pain, unhappiness, sadness, hate and suffering in the world, if we could just change our perspective about life, we could just change everything.

We go after things that don’t matter, we struggle every day to get material things, forgetting what is really important and why are we here on this planet.
So no matter what is happening in your life, you have the power and the ability to be happy and to have everything you really want in life, you have to learn to see the positive side of everything, you may not be able to see it right now, but believe me, there is a positive side in everything, the trick is to enlarge our short and limited perspective of life, if you do, you will see what you haven’t seen so far, you will see a completely and amazing new reality.

So what is the first and one of the most important cures to our lack of wider perspective disease?
And the first cure, the most important one, the one that it can change your life in a second, the best solution to negativity and the first motive to stay positive and happy is:
And maybe you already know that or maybe you don’t, but the fact is, that if you are not being positive and if you are complaining about any kind of situation you may be going through is because you are not being truly grateful.

And what I really mean with this is that this cure doesn’t really work if you just say that you are grateful, you have to really feel it, with all your heart and soul.
There is so much in your life to be grateful for;tthe problem is that we are so used to that kind of things, that we don’t really pay too much attention to it, because we are too focused on things that don’t really matter.
The most important things you should be grateful for is for being alive, because if you are alive it means that you still have the opportunity to do a lot of things and that you still can enjoy the most beautiful things in the world, while other people are fighting to survive or also some of them don’t even have the half of what you have.

If we have love, we have everything. If you can enjoy a hug, a kiss, an act of kindness, a word of compassion, understanding, a smile, and a simple touch you have more than enough to be grateful and happy for.
If you can breathe and your heart is beating, if you are able to give love and receive love in any way, if you have people who will always be there for you, if you have food in your fridge, drinking water from the tap, a roof, a bed, a cup of coffee in a winter night, a warm shower, clothes, and you have all the freedom to think, to speak, and to do whatever you want, you are richer and have more power than you ever imagined., and no matter what other things can happen, you can be grateful for all that and be happy.

We have to look at the things that are really important, and be grateful for that, knowing that we are blessed, as there a lot of people who don’t have even 1% of what you have right now. So how can you stay positive? Look at those things, the ones that make you happy, the ones that are really important.
