Beware of Toxic People

We live in a revolutionary era where humans are waking up and seeing the true reality around them. The current conditions of our planet and the different diseases caused by our negligent acts are no longer hidden or unknown. However, there is one overlooked source of pollution highly dangerous for all humans and it is created by toxic people. The venom of these people is extremely poisonous and cautious is advised.

Have you ever heard the phrase: “Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are”? I remember someone told that phrase to me once, it was a few years ago, I do not remember who was it, probably someone wise, and that person meant that our behaviors and habits can be influenced by those who we often surround ourselves with, for better or worst, and it is undeniable that no matter how incorruptible we think we are and how strong we think our character is, someone at some point can create a huge impact and change our behaviors, beliefs, and habits.

On the other hand, people can affect for better or worst the way we feel, for that reason, I can also say “Tell me with who you spend your time with and I will tell you how you feel” and that means that if you are surrounded with people with good energy, positive, happy and kind people you will end up feeling good even if it is only for a moment, on the contrary, if you surround yourself with negative, fully toxic people you will end up feeling bad.

This is the case when someone is sick and still goes out, for example, to work or to school, someone, who might have a weak immune system will end up having the same kind of virus. This is what happens when you are surrounded with toxic people, these people are already infected with anger, sadness, stress, pain, and fear, some of them do not even realize that or do not want to, the virus inside them has gained total control, and is highly contagious. For this reason, there are two options either we maintain distance from these people or we take extreme caution when treating with them especially when we are already not feeling good.

This does not mean that we should not help those who need it but something I learned is that nobody can help those who do not want to help themselves. For that reason, it is important to help each other, it is important to help those who scream for help even if it is in silence, because we can be the cure or relief that a toxic person is needing, but the important thing is to not let their venom get inside of us and it is wise to know when to stay and when to walk away.

Therefore, it is important to surround ourselves as much as possible with non-toxic people, people who will bring us peace, joy, and happiness, it is also wise to spend as less time as possible with toxic people, it is not always possible to choose the people around us and toxic people are in every corner, from schools to jobs, in our own houses and neighborhoods but we can find a way to become as immune as possible to the venom released by them and become as wise as to know with whom we should spend most of our time with.

 

 

 

People can become a healthy nutrient for our souls and can help us maximize our own potential, at the same time, they can be the poison that will prevent us from reaching our full potential. They can be an important key to our success or the cause of our failure. Choose them wisely.

How can I stay positive? Part II

Hi everyone and thank you for reading! I really hope that my words can help you to have a wonderful and happy life! 🙂 So here is the second part of: How can I stay positive?

 

I was writing on the first part about Gratitude, a very useful and effective way to stay positive, if you learn to be grateful even in the hardest time, you will change your daily life experience in a second.

 

And so here comes the second cure for our short perception disease:

FOCUS

The problem of negativity is that it has a lot of power, and it will control you and your emotions if you let it do that. The solution? Stay focus in anything that makes you happy, whatever makes you smile, do that! And whatever makes you sad let that go!

There are two types of situations in this world: The one we can change, and the one we can’t.

So if there is something that makes you be unhappy and you have the chance to change that, then change that, it might take time or not, depending on what you want, what is important is to be positive while you are doing that, knowing that someday, somehow, you will change that.
The other situation is the one that we cannot change, what is happening or what is going to happen is something that is a fact and you can’t do anything about it, so being negative and sad about, is not going to make any change, it will make you feel better? I guess that no, right? So why don’t you just focus on things that you can actually change, on things that makes you happy?

The truth about everything is that what is happening out there it is already happening, you may be able to change that or maybe not, but how you feel about it is something that you can control, by allowing yourself to focus on what makes you smile, in those things that push you forward and cutting the ropes of what is holding you back. Let go those things, the ones you can’t change, and be positive, by focusing on what you can change, you need to stay positive, no matter what happens, there is always a motive to be happy.

And here goes the third cure, a hard one, but a very effective one:

 

FAITH

Having faith is a very good way to stay positive, because by having faith is a way to say to yourself and express to the world that everything is possible, and maybe nothing seems good out there, but faith allows me to see light in the darkness, it is a way the soul has, to let you know that everything is going to be alright!
No matter in what you believe, the important thing is to not lose faith, if you lose that, you lose all kind of possibility to achieve what you want to achieve, because if you can’t see something as possible, if you can’t see that in your mind, and if you can’t feel it with all your heart and soul, then that is what are you going to experience.

So no matter what is happening, have faith, anything you can imagine, you can achieve, it’s that simple, if you have faith even when your reality is not what you have dreamed of, have faith, because that’s what will make you feel better, and be positive, because you can’t see it now, but you know that is going to happen. So have faith and stay positive, knowing that nothing is going to remain as it is right now, no matter how bad it looks like.
And that lead us to the fourth and last cure and for that no less important, and that is:

 

ENERGY

Everything is energy, so if you want something, or if you want to change something, just give all energy to that, to things you want and love, to anything that makes you happy. The problem is that usually we give all the energy that we have to the things that we don’t want, and that is why we keep having the same feeling over and over again.
So if you want to stay positive in life, you need to give energy to positive things, because negativity is like a powerful magnet of energy, and if you let it control you, it will suck all your positive energy, leaving you weak, without any kind of strength to stay positive.

Whatever energy you give to the world, is what you are going to receive, so if you allow a situation to consume you, you will only give negative emotions and actions, having as a result more and more negativity back to yourself.
So no matter what is happening, just look beyond that, look around and see all the things for what you should be grateful for, focusing only in the things that makes you happy, having faith, knowing that anything will be alright and giving positive energy, and so you will light up all the darkness that your eyes are seeing right now, and receiving more and more positive things back to you, that will light up your heart, and will fill your empty soul.

How can I stay positive?

People wonder every day, How can I stay positive? And my question is: How is it possible that you cannot stay positive? And the problem is that we have a very short perspective of what is really important and what is really happening.

 

There is a fact: We have eyes and we can see, but the reality we can see is actually far less than the real reality. We cannot see what is really happening, we see according to what we believe.

The problem is that we live in an upside down world, and we have put in first places in our list of happiness what should be in the last positions, and our wrong idea of a happy and joyful life is what have created all the pain, unhappiness, sadness, hate and suffering in the world, if we could just change our perspective about life, we could just change everything.

We go after things that don’t matter, we struggle every day to get material things, forgetting what is really important and why are we here on this planet.

So no matter what is happening in your life, you have the power and the ability to be happy and to have everything you really want in life, you have to learn to see the positive side of everything, you may not be able to see it right now, but believe me, there is a positive side in everything, the trick is to enlarge our short and limited perspective of life, if you do, you will see what you haven’t seen so far, you will see a completely and amazing new reality.

So what is the first and one of the most important cures to our lack of wider perspective disease?

 

And the first cure, the most important one, the one that it can change your life in a second, the best solution to negativity and the first motive to stay positive and happy is:

 

GRATITUDE

 

And maybe you already know that or maybe you don’t, but the fact is, that if you are not being positive and if you are complaining about any kind of situation you may be going through is because you are not being truly grateful.

And what I really mean with this is that this cure doesn’t really work if you just say that you are grateful, you have to really feel it, with all your heart and soul.

There is so much in your life to be grateful for;tthe problem is that we are so used to that kind of things, that we don’t really pay too much attention to it, because we are too focused on things that don’t really matter.

The most important things you should be grateful for is for being alive, because if you are alive it means that you still have the opportunity to do a lot of things and that you still can enjoy the most beautiful things in the world, while other people are fighting to survive or also some of them don’t even have the half of what you have.

If we have love, we have everything. If you can enjoy a hug, a kiss, an act of kindness, a word of compassion, understanding, a smile, and a simple touch you have more than enough to be grateful  and happy for.

If you can breathe and your heart is beating, if you are able to give love and receive love in any way, if you have people who will always be there for you, if you have food in your fridge, drinking water from the tap, a roof, a bed, a cup of coffee in a winter night, a warm shower, clothes, and you have all the freedom to think, to speak, and to do whatever you want,  you are richer and have more power than you ever imagined., and no matter what other things can happen, you can be grateful for all that and be happy.

We have to look at the things that are really important, and be grateful for that, knowing that we are blessed, as there a lot of people who don’t have even 1% of what you have right now.  So how can you stay positive? Look at those things, the ones that make you happy, the ones that are really important.

And then there are 3 more cures, that have really helped me to change my life:

Focus, Faith and Energy.
